This is an intense course which is designed to train candidates to provide expert 'Waxing /Depilation Treatments' to the highest standards. This enables candidates to insure themselves to work in the beauty industry, independently or as a mobile therapist.

You will also receive a professional training manual together with a step-by-step treatment procedure DVD as a reference tool to help guide you through the treatments you have learned. This is yours to keep to give you the complete confidence needed to provide these treatments within the beauty industry.

Full Salon Health & Safety. Methods used to sterilise and sanitise salon tools and equipment. Hair structure and cycle, maintaining clients modesty and privacy. Recognizing common skin diseases and disorders. Client consultation and contra-indications to waxing. Full demonstrations to wax applications and techniques including use of hot and warm wax on different areas of the body including eyebrows, top lip, chin, underarm, forearm, full and half leg, bikini, abdomen, men’s chest and back wax. All relevant products materials and their use. Client aftercare and homecare advice. Practice session for students to perform wax treatments on all areas. Guide to Retail & Pricing of treatments.
